Have a jet?

For over a decade Jetex planned and supported tens of thousands of trips all over the world. From permits to flight plans, to fuel to support before, during and after the flight, we can get you to the game without a hitch.

The Jetex Status Team starts 5 hours before the flight. They make calls, checking every step of the flight to make sure the fuel is ready, the catering is on point, the permits are in place and the weather is noted. Again at takeoff, they repeat this process. They are sticklers for staying on schedule.

From there the flight support team takes over, providing continuous support during the journey. They coordinate with ATC, provide en route NOTAMS and weather briefings, and use real-time tracking to keep you on track. We have three operations centers in Dubai, Shanghai, and Miami, that provide 24-hour support.

With an approved over-flight exemption from US Customs and border protection, general aviation passengers enjoy the swiftest and most convenient way to enter the US via Southern California.

Our FBO is the first in California to offer self-serve fueling technology. The new self-serve terminal provides quick turnarounds and another way to save on fuel. It accepts the EPIC card and most other credit and fuel cards.

Best FBO for Your Aircraft

The FBO has a 10K-ft runway and can accommodate all types of private aviation aircraft.  The airport also has five MROs that—depending on aircraft type– can support minor and major repairs. Jetex SBD offers both Jet A and Avgas fuel.

Jetex Hondajet Middle East 2018

Perhaps the most exciting news for Jetex at the 2018 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland comes from an announcement made today by Honda Aircraft Company.

Honda just appointed Jetex the Middle East sales representative for their new fast, quiet, and fuel efficient HondaJet Elite. Our sales region spans 10 countries including the GCC, Pakistan, and Turkey.

So, Jetex will now sell jets. That’s really big news!

Our company has spent over a decade supporting private jet travel.  We’ve provided a range of services to make every journey easier and more luxurious. We built a network of FBO terminal locations, we provide round-the-clock trip support from takeoff to landing, and we design travel experiences for elite travelers.

We provide anything private jet travel needs, anywhere in the world.

Now we’ll make available to business and elite business travelers what Honda Aircraft calls the most advanced light jet in the world.

What’s so remarkable about the new HondaJet Elite?

  • Engines are mounted away from the cabin to reduce noise
  • It requires only one pilot
  • It was the most delivered jet in its category for 2017
  • It has received type certifications around the world
  • It has already broken 13 speed records

If this doesn’t pique your interest, stop by our Dubai FBO in a few months and take a look at one.

“We are proud to be chosen by Honda Aircraft Company and excited to add this new service,” said Adel Mardini, CEO and President of Jetex. “Jetex will leverage our global network and our experience as an FBO operator to offer unrivaled sales and support for HondaJet Elite in the region.”

Sales will be based at the Jetex Dubai FBO and will begin sometime this year.

Spain Anniversary

This month Jetex hits the one-year milestone for operations at three locations in Spain: Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN/LEBL), Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD/LEMD), Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP/LEMG).  Here’s what’s available at each location:

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD/LEMD) 24/7 operations; aircraft maintenance; aircraft parking; airport parking;  customs and immigration; catering arrangements; concierge; crew accommodations and arrangements; crew and VIP passenger transportation; crew lounge; entry and landing permits; executive lounge; executive terminal services; flight planning, weather briefing NOTAMS; fuel; meeting room; ramp supervision; security services; US Customs border protection clearance; shower facilities; helicopter friendly; multilingual staff.

Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN/LEBL) 24/7 operations; aircraft maintenance; airport parking;  customs and immigration; catering arrangements; crew accommodations and arrangements; crew and VIP passenger transportation; crew lounge; entry and landing permits;  flight planning, weather briefing NOTAMS; fuel; ramp supervision; security services.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP/LEMG) 24/7 operations; aircraft maintenance; aircraft parking; airport parking;  customs and immigration; catering arrangements; concierge; crew accommodations and arrangements; crew and VIP passenger transportation; crew lounge; entry and landing permits; executive lounge; executive terminal services; flight planning, weather briefing NOTAMS; full dispatch package; ground handling and GSE services; fuel; meeting room; ramp supervision; security services; US Customs border protection clearance

The Jetex staff in all three locations has learned a lot over the last year. Mostly, that Spain is a very popular destination for travelers.

In fact, it’s the second most visited country after France, beating the US for the first time.

How many people are headed to the sunny country on the Iberian Peninsula?  In 2017, it was a whopping 82 million people. That’s a nine percent increase over the previous year.  Arrivals beat previous records for 5 years in a row.

What does this mean for the Jetex in Spain?

They’ve had to increase their luxury fleet to meet customer demand and be ready for the summer season.  According to Yolanda Avalos, the Jetex Country Manager for Spain, the Jetex team there is excited about the crowds. They can get passengers and crew through the terminal and on the way to their destination, whether Spain or some distant city, comfortably and efficiently.

Happy Anniversary to Jetex in Spain!

Madrid Vs Liverpool Grid

Who: Real Madrid vs. Liverpool
Where: NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kiev (Kyiv) Ukraine
When: May 26th

This year it’s Real Madrid vs. Liverpool for the UEFA Champions League Final in Kiev (Kyiv) Ukraine. It is the third year in a row that Real Madrid will play in the final. And if they win, it’ll be their 3rd consecutive win.
Or, this will be a repeat of the 1981 European Cup final, between the same two teams, a match won by Liverpool. With five European Cup wins Liverpool is the most successful team in that competition’s history.
Still, Real Madrid has Cristiano Ronaldo.

.

Champions festival

Either way, this matchup makes for an exciting game. Not to mention, there’s a Champion’s Festival in Kiev for this event which gives UEFA football fans a chance to celebrate before, during, and after the game with bands, DJs, a chance to get an autograph or two, or your photo with the trophy. The festival runs Thursday, May 24th to Sunday, May 27th in the city center.

.

The Setting

Kiev is a lovely old city on the Dnieper River made hip with urban art, vintage cafes, and around-the-clock parties for fans in the mood to celebrate or commiserate. The city’s old town is crisscrossed with charming cobbled streets that lead to charming squares, beautiful old churches, and rows of pastel-colored houses. The drink to try in Kiev is a vodka infused with fiery chilis called horilka pertsivka.

Saint Sophia’s Cathedral Climb the bell tower of this, the city’s most popular landmark
Andriyivski uzviz (Andrew’s decent) This steep cobbled street is often referred to as the Montmartre of Kiev
Khreshchatyk Street Locals and tourists dress up to stroll down this street through the heart of the city.

.

Flying to Kiev

Commercial flights between the UK and Kiev have sold out. So Liverpool fans can’t wait too long to make other arrangements. Private jets to Kiev can fly into Kiev/Boryspil airport (UKBB), Kyiv Zhuliany airport (UKKK), or Kiev Svyatoshyn (UKKT) airport and enjoy your stay in Kiev!

.
