Our team can arrange over-flight and landing permits, jet fuel, ground handling services, parking and hangarage, Additionally, we can provide transport and hotel accommodation for crew and pax, catering, cleaning, laundry service and supervision. Any additional services required can be arranged upon request.
A: If you are an existing Jetex client (worldwide) and have a corporate account with Jetex Headquarters, you can use our services directly without any additional procedures. There is no difference between addressing your flight request to your assigned team in DXB or to us directly. If you are requesting our services for the first time, you will need to fill in the Client Registration Form and sign our agreement. Once completed, you will be eligible to use our services immediately. This procedure can be accomplished within a few hours.

Each member of staff regularly undergoes IATA training for Air Safety procedures, and all of our dispatchers are in possession of professional Dispatch licenses.
