Due to the sensitive nature of our services, we will not provide a service to a direct competitor of a client, and we generally try to avoid any dealings with competitor companies even after the cessation of services to a client or supplier.
Jetex conducts our own flight support services honestly and honorably. Our flight arrangements, support assistance and the methods imparted through our services, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and handlers.

Our actions will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all clients and suppliers, including our support agents, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Delivering Quality Services
We believe that delivering a quality service in a consistent manner depends on skill developed through experience, knowledge gained through training, and the compulsory use of checklists. Checklists embedded in our systems enable us to consistently deliver results and meet our clientsʼ expectations. It is Jetex policy that all employees adhere to the use of checklists without fail.
Service-quality is measured by the degree to which our customer is satisfied by the use of the service. The quality of the service is always judged from the customerʼs perspective. No matter what our opinion is about the quality of the services we provide, it is ultimately the customer and the customer only who is going to be the judge. Feedback is always be welcome. It is important to remember that it is a professional duty to report feedback, whether positive or negative, to management as soon as possible
