Is my personal information or transaction activity used for marketing purposes?

A: Privacy is paramount with Jetex. We do not share any financial or personal information about our clients, other than what is noted in the Client Agreement.


Q: Are Jetex Travel Services available 24/7?

A: The Jetex Travel Team is on duty 24/7 to provide immediate assistance with all your travel requests. Our Travel Team can be contacted anytime, on +971 4 212 4000 Ext. 296.


Q: Is Jetex licensed to provide travel services?

A: The Jetex Travel Team has been accredited by IATA with the TIDS code 96018904 since June 2012, and is recognized by all travel industry suppliers. Jetex is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) with membership ID 900215272 since 2012, and a member of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) since 2012. We hold more travel service licences than any other flight support or aviation service provider. We specialize in business travel management, and fulfilling travel needs with very short notice. The skills and experience our team have developed over the years add immense value to our services, and we are happy to use our expertise to keep our clients satisfied.


Q: Do any service charges or administrative fees apply to the services I order?

A: Initially, we offer a quote for the services requested. If approved, you only pay for the prices agreed upon in the quotation, in the form of an invoice generated by Jetex. We strive to provide the best rates for the services we provide on a credit basis. If travelers prefer to pay cash at the last minute, then Jetex administrative fees may apply.


Q: How fast can I have my services confirmed?

A: Confirmations for in-house services have a benchmarked time of 30 minutes, but this may vary according to the type of services required. Booking confirmations for hotels are issued instantly using in-house GDS. Our CRS solutions assist in services such as airport transfers, VIP transportation and air ticketing. For government-related services such as entry visas, we can expedite the request courtesy of our strong connections with the related authorities.


Q: Do I have to submit my credit card in order to get services confirmed?

A: This is only necessary in cases where you wish to pay for your hotel booking directly. The credit card on file will be used as a guarantee in case of possible absence, or to cover any penalties applied for late cancellations.


Q: How safe is it to use my credit card for Jetex concierge services?

A: Jetex covers payment for all charges to the final parties (accommodation, transportation, etc), and later reports them in the form of an official invoice (as per agreed charges and fees). This ensures you have full control over your expenditure, and are able to properly budget for your trip. Your credit card purchases are safe in the hands of Jetex.


Q: Can Jetex cover payments for my confirmed services through another source?

A: Out of professional courtesy, we cannot convert reservations held by other travel agents to our GDS.
